Dewayne C. Beckner, forensic toxicologist. Mr. Beckner is a full-time consultant for the firm. He was previously a supervisor at the Los Angeles County Sherriff’s Crime Lab which is in charge of all DUI chemical testing. Mr. Beckner has been called as an expert witness in over 2500 DUI and vehicular manslaughter cases.
Alan McCann, Investigator and DUI law enforcement expert. Mr. McCann has 26 years of experience in the San Francisco Police Department’s Traffic Division and 33 years of police enforcement experience overall. Mr. McCann has been involved in over 1000 DUI arrests and is a qualified DUI expert.
Amber Drysdale, investigator and DUI law enforcement expert. Ms. Drysdale was involved in over 750 DUI arrests over her 20 year career with the California Highway Patrol. She has also served as a contact linking the California Highway Patrol and the District Attorney’s office.
Robin Collier, operations officer and DUI law enforcement expert. Mr. Collier is a former Santa Ana police officer. As a SWAT team member he was honored for his bravery by the U.S. Senate. Mr. Collier has made over 1000 DUI arrests during his career.
