At what time will my DUI conviction be erased from my DMV driving record?
This site is managed by the DMV itself, and claims the length of time is ten years. However, this can often be longer. Recently, a law was passed to increase penalties where there is a previous DUI conviction from seven years, to ten years. The DMV will most likely be keeping records for, at the least, ten years now.
